Explore different tasting notes and discover how flavors and ingredients tell the story of Javi and Clau’s connection to Latin America, and of their diasporic experiences living as migrants in the U.S.
3PM – Café Anbesa at Temescal Library – Join us for a live demonstration of a traditional Eritrean coffee ceremony with Chef Senait from Cafe Anbesa. Chef Senait comes with decades of experience owning and running her own restaurant in Asmara, Eritrea. For Senait, cooking has been a part of her life since she was a small child and the feeling of community connecting together around food is the spirit she brings to Café Anbesa.
